Built on high ground, the villa offers a breathtaking view of both Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi beaches. It is only five minutes to both.
Kalafatis beach is the best place in Mykonos to go kitesurfing and windsurfing; while Kalo Livadi is famed for the Solymar beach bar. Elia and Lia beaches are also close by.
The villa itself is an embodiment of luxury. It has been constructed on a 43,000-square foot field, and there is over 3,000 square feet of living space inside the villa. Five well-appointed bedrooms make it possible for 10 people to retire comfortably for the night; and there is also a swimming pool where you can experience the world-famous Cycladic light and the soothing Aegean breeze. You needn't do this in the water itself – there are also cushioned sunbeds which you can use to soak up the sun.
Alternatively, there is also a shaded pergola with a fully-stocked bar. At night, this can be the perfect place for a romantic dinner, or simply a great place for your family to get together and share stories. Because that is what Mykonos provides. Friends too can bond over food and wine, and they will leave Holmes Villa as stronger, closer, better pals. A shaded terrace replete with sofas helps every guest do the same over breakfast and lunch as well.
For larger groups, there is an outdoor dining table. All the rooms are air-conditioned, and there is also a fireplace for the winter. Numerous amenities abound throughout the villa, so you will never lack anything.
