Luxury Beach-house Carolina is developed in two levels overlooking Ftelia beach that is located on the north side of the island. The exterior comprises of an outdoor lounge and dining area, pool with direct sea view, parking space for several cars and a pathway that leads directly to the water. Interior is divided in two levels and combines a tasteful decor with traditional architecture. Upper level includes the living room, kitchen, dining area and 3 en suite bedrooms out of which one is the master. Laundry and children's playroom are also in this level. Two spacious suites can be found on the lower level overlooking Ftelia Bay with a shared balcony.
